RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

RETURNS


Thank you for shopping at veter.ae. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange the purchased products within 14 days of receipt. To do this, fill out the exchange/return form below and send your item(s) back to us via your preferred postal/courier company.


To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused, re-sellable, and in the same condition that you received it/them. Item(s) must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached.

Please, be aware that we do not cover shipping costs for returns/exchanges. If you are returning an item due to a manufacturing defect, we will refund the shipping cost of the returned item via store credit.

Please, note that we will not accept customs charges incurred when returning items. All packages must be marked “Goods returned under warranty” for customs purposes.

Product exchange is subject to availability. Re-shipment of goods in the event of exchange occurs at our expense.

REFUNDS

Once we’ve received your returned item, the QC process will be run. In case of approval, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

In case of delay in refund, check with your bank as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. The TAT can vary from bank to bank depending on the policies. Service and delivery charges are non-refundable once performed.

All items that are being returned for a refund must make their way back to us before being processed and refunds subsequently issued. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@veter.ae
